In this 1976 interview, Carrie May (Millhouse) Vann (1900-1982) discusses the history of the Pinehill Community outside of Bristow, Oklahoma in the early 1900s, including the first teachers at the school and her classmates, her childhood, courting her husband Virgil Vann, social events such literaries, and the childhood death of her brother Alvin.
